A Quick Halloween Treat
We are really fortunate to live in such a fun community. Part of that attraction to our side of town is a little commercial area called Bown Crossing. Bown has a several restaurants, a couple of businesses and our family favorite Powell's candy store. If you have you never been to a Powell's, it is a cross between Willy Wonka's candy factory and a Soda Shop. Powell's stocks every type of candy you can think of-old and new. They have the Willy Wonka movie on continuous loop in the back of the store. The store is true nirvana for kids and adults.
About a month ago, we popped in to pick up some candy and I spotted these cute little orange and white candy sticks. I picked a few up hoping that I would have some time to make something cute for Halloween. Yesterday, I finally had some time to sit down and play.
Using the adorable CTMH Scaredy Cat paper pack, CTMH stamp set, Trick or Treat Sweets and CTMH Art Philosophy cartridge, I gave these cute little candy sticks a candy "make over". I think they came out really cute and I have on my to do list today to make a stop at Powell's to pick up some black and white sticks to play with.
Happy Halloween!
